Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Direct Sourcing Lead in Duncan, SC for an on-site role. You will create, update and maintain global sourcing strategy for key categories and support supplier relationship management across Cytiva manufacturing sites worldwide.

The successful candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field with 3+ years in supply chain or procurement, demonstrates leadership and negotiation skills, and is prepared to travel 1–2 times per quarter.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field with 3+ years in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience developing global sourcing strategies.
• Proven leadership and ability to influence at all levels of organization.
• Experience negotiating pricing and contracts with suppliers.
• Experience in supplier relationship management.
• Experience with lean/continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain global sourcing strategy for 1-3 categories in Single Use Technologies Business Unit.
• Support site buyers and quality with supplier escalations.
• Negotiate pricing and contract language with suppliers globally.
• Deliver cost reduction targets by negotiation and cross-functional teamwork.
• Drive sustainability across supply chain by selecting suppliers that champion sustainability.
