Job summary

Cytiva in Duncan, SC is seeking a Direct Sourcing Lead to shape global sourcing strategy for key categories within Single Use Technologies. You will partner with manufacturing sites worldwide and report to the Director, Strategic Sourcing on-site at Duncan.

You will lead global strategy for 1-3 categories, support suppliers, negotiate pricing and contracts, drive cost reductions, and promote sustainability across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field with 3+ years’ experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience developing/maintaining global sourcing strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence and communicate at all levels of organization.
• Proven experience in tactical procurement including negotiating pricing/contracts and supplier relationship management.
• Participate in continuous improvement/lean methodology activities.

Direct Sourcing Lead

The Direct Sourcing Lead is responsible for global sourcing strategy of key business unit categories for Cytiva. They will create, update and maintain strategy and support supplier relationship management for Cytiva manufacturing sites globally.

This position reports to the Director, Strategic Sourcing and is part of the Strategic Sourcing team located in Duncan, SC and will be an on‑site role.

Who You Are

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel in USA and Europe 1-2 times per quarter.
