Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Senior RAN Wireless SME to lead technical solutioning, product requirements, and performance analysis across next-generation 4G/5G networks. This role bridges engineering, product, and customer teams to drive innovation and deploying advanced RAN technologies including virtualized and cloud-native networks.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in wireless with LTE/NR expertise, system design, and success in customer engagements.

Qualifications

12+ years of wireless telecommunications experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Deep expertise in 4G LTE & 5G NR air interface and call processing.
Strong understanding of 3GPP standards and RAN architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead development of product and feature requirements, system design, and performance analysis for 4G/5G RAN solutions.
Translate customer requirements into detailed system specifications and engineering design documentation.
Drive new technology introduction including virtualized and cloud-based RAN architectures.
Conduct deep-dive technical sessions with customers to define requirements and solution strategies.
