You will tackle scale, concurrency, and data ingestion challenges while collaborating across Product, Care, and Finance to ensure real-world functionality.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years with Rails and strong front-end instincts, plus solid SQL, testing, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Rails development on production apps.
• Strong front-end capabilities with JavaScript and React.
• Experience with SQL data analysis and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of SOLID, domain-driven design and testing practices.
• Full-stack ownership from backend to frontend and testing.
• Experience handling scale, concurrency, and data ingestion.
