Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in railroad track maintenance and/or construction.
• 5+ years of Heavybid or similar estimating software experience.
• Must manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Coordinate with rail agencies and subcontractors.
• Conduct pre-bid meetings and manage bid estimates.
