Luster National, Inc. seeks a Utility Coordinator to support a large heavy‑civil rail program in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will identify utility conflicts, coordinate with public and private owners, and push resolutions that keep design and construction on schedule.

The role is full‑time, onsite, with long‑term prospects and responsibilities across utility mapping, permits, and relocation planning, requiring strong communication and problem‑solving in dense urban environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of utility coordination on transportation infrastructure.
• Knowledge of utility systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to read plans and identify utility conflicts for resolution.
• Proficiency with mapping and plan review tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify existing utilities and coordinate new installations to resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with utility owners to confirm ownership, relocation needs, and agreements.
• Maintain conflict matrix and track relocation schedules against dates.
• Prepare permit applications and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Review design and construction docs to route conflicts for resolution.
• Coordinate subsurface utility engineering and urban corridor activities.
• Maintain coordination records to support payments, audits, and claims.
