Steer North America seeks a senior rail and transit advisory professional to lead complex projects and grow the Commercial Advisory practice. You will work with clients and senior decision-makers, delivering detailed analyses and strategic guidance on financing, procurement, and program delivery.

You will mentor teams, shape business development efforts, and represent Steer externally to advance client relationships and market opportunities in a hybrid work setting.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation industry with emphasis on the commercial aspects of rail and transit delivery.

Mansioni

• Lead portfolio of railway and transit projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence with high-quality client outcomes.
• Grow the Commercial Advisory portfolio through client development, proposals, and external representation.
• Mentor staff and contribute to capability development across Steer, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Cross-sell services across the Steer Group portfolio and maintain a network of industry clients and opportunities.
