Qualifications

• 15 years of progressively responsible experience in railroad track maintenance and/or construction.
• At least 10 years of supervisory experience in a similar position.
• Able to manage construction and/or maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise track gangs and inspectors.
• Provide direction to union and non-union employees.
• Initiate inspections and repairs as required.
