Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, or equivalent.
• Min 5 years' experience in the railroad industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse interdisciplinary team.
• Must be able to safely climb a 15 foot high ladder to gain access to railroad cars.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Writing test plans, test reports and briefings.
• Development of price quotes.
• Coordination of logistics and on-site activities.
• Oversight of profit and loss of projects; review of invoices.
• Serving as a point of contact with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Managing project teams including work assignments and budget management.
