Job summary

Martinus, a leading railway infrastructure company, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end procurement, logistics, and materials management across multiple projects.

You will develop strategies, manage supplier relations, optimize inventory, and ensure timely delivery to project sites, while mentoring the team and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics management.
• Demonstrated experience within rail infrastructure, heavy civil construction, transportation, or major infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead sourcing, tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier selection processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage procurement schedules to ensure project materials are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service levels.
• Collaborate with project teams to forecast material and equipment requirements.
• Manage inventory, warehousing, and logistics to support project delivery.
• Mitigate supply chain risks through contingency planning and supplier diversification.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Mentor and develop supply chain and procurement team members.
