Qualifications

• 12 years of construction management or resident engineering experience on transportation infrastructure projects, transit station experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification required: PE, CCM, PMP, or other relevant construction or project management certification.
• Experience coordinating with transit agencies in active passenger environments.
• Experience leading field teams and coordinating contractors, designers, and operations staff.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating field activities among client, contractor, designers, and operations staff.
• Reviewing and managing project documents to ensure contract compliance and client satisfaction.
• Supporting change management by evaluating field conditions and preparing change documentation.
• Monitoring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and phasing in active transit environments.
• Preparing reporting on progress, issues, risks, field decisions, and costs.
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation practices.
• Serving as primary field point of contact for client and contractor.
