WSP USA is seeking a Freight & Logistics Senior Manager to support state and regional rail and freight planning efforts. Based in a U.S. office, you will author, edit, and synthesize complex material into clear planning documents for public-sector clients.

You will lead multi-author documents, analyze data, and co-create plan structures and messaging with multidisciplinary teams, while presenting to executives and supporting BD efforts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or policy.
• Degree in urban/regional planning, public policy, economics, geography, or related field.
• Exceptional technical writing and editing skills for public-sector audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical writing and content integration for state rail and freight planning documents.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on statewide supply chains and freight systems.
• Synthesize inputs into clear narratives and planning documents.
• Prepare presentations and executive briefings.
• Support marketing and business development efforts.
