Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience in rail or transportation projects is preferred.
• Experience with signalling, telecom and power supply systems is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or CCM certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly customer meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead the construction team through planning, execution, and completion of all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor progress, manage resources, and control costs.
