American Waterworks, a regional leader in the foundation repair and basement waterproofing industry, is seeking a Radon Mitigation Foreman to join our growing team. You will lead a crew, supervise installations, ensure safety, and deliver a remarkable customer experience with on-time completion.

Licensed by Minnesota for mitigation systems, you bring construction knowledge, tool proficiency, and a drive to excel.

Qualifications

• Licensed by the state of Minnesota to install mitigation systems and test for residential radon.
• Knowledge of construction or related trades required.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and 1+ years of experience in the construction trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and hold the team accountable on each job.
• Train the team on installation methods, tools, and materials.
• Ensure safety of all team members at all times.
• Move job progress toward on-time completion and collect payment at completion.
• Complete paperwork and communicate with the production manager.
