You’ll read blueprints, lay out systems, manage material takeoffs, coordinate with general contractors, and mentor technicians.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading field crews on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to regulations.
• Effective communication with general contractors and trades.
• Willingness to perform hands-on supervisory tasks.

Aufgaben

• Lead and work with a field technician crew on commercial radon projects.
• Interpret drawings and lay out radon mitigation systems per plans.
• Perform site layouts using architectural plans and surveyor markings.
• Conduct material takeoffs and coordinate supplies.
• Coordinate with GCs, PMs, and other trades to meet specs and schedules.
• Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving; document progress.
