Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Bristol Myers Squibb) seeks a Senior Operator Production to execute a novel Finished Drug Product program for radiopharmaceuticals at clinical and commercial scale. You will perform routine production tasks, aseptic handling, and ensure strict cGMP compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in GMP, sterile operations, and a STEM degree; nuclear medicine/radiopharmaceutical experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience operating in a GMP environment.
• Experience operating aseptically within ISO 7/Class C strongly preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred.
• Experience with nuclear medicine and/or radiopharmaceuticals strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute production of RayzeBio drug products, including raw material preparation, line clearance, formulation, filling, and equipment setup.
• Support and execute validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of CNC, ISO 8, ISO 7, and ISO 5 Isolators.
• Support process improvements across functions as opportunities present.
• Assist Production Management with inventory and PPE management.
• Update production technical documents (SOPs, forms, etc.) as needed.
• Support day-to-day production operations and upkeep of the production area.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
