Job summary

RayzeBio in Indianapolis is seeking a Senior Engineer, Equipment Engineering to support clinical and commercial radiopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will design, develop, validate, and maintain process equipment, including hot cells, filling lines, and related systems, reporting to the Associate Director, Equipment Engineering.

You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT, lead deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, and manage external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP manufacturing environments for Biopharma or radiopharmaceutical equipment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with validation, regulatory standards and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for continuous operation and maintenance of process equipment for Radiopharmaceutical Clinical and Commercial manufacturing.
• Lead engineering expansion projects for innovative isotope and drug product radiopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Lead development and maintenance of departmental procedures and processes related to equipment engineering activities.
• Support GMP manufacturing operations by leading deviation investigations, CAPA, change control, with on-call responsibility.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Digital IT, Validation and Facility Engineering to support manufacturing and implementation of novel radiopharmaceutical technologies.
• Lead projects with external vendors and service providers for equipment design and implementation.
• Comply with site EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
• Review and revise technical documents as needed.
• Ability to travel as required.
