Job summary

Providence Healdsburg Hospital is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist to join the Radiology Unit in Healdsburg, CA. The role is full-time with 8-hour night shifts, reporting to a staff radiologist and assisting with patient preparation and image acquisition.

Under ALARA guidelines, you will operate imaging equipment, process cassettes, and maintain rooms and equipment. A 25% night shift differential supplements base pay.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology.
• California Radiologic Technologist upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.
• 1 year of experience in acute care hospital or imaging facility as a Radiologic Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic radiographic images for use in diagnosis.
• Operates imaging equipment and processes CR cassettes.
• Transports patients to and from the department safely and efficiently.
• Assists in the Departmental quality improvement program as directed.
• Available for standby as required and performs other related duties.

Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology

California Radiologic Technologist license

National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

ARRT certification
