Job summary

Apollo Radiology International USA is building a permanent radiologist team and in-house recruiting function. We are seeking a senior recruiter to own end-to-end physician searches in interventional radiology, breast imaging, neuroradiology, and MSK.

You will source proactively, screen for subspecialty fit, coordinate with credentialing, and negotiate offers. This role is outbound, requires transparency about workload and pay, and reports to the COO.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle physician recruiting experience.
• Track record closing physicians at senior compensation levels.
• Strong knowledge of physician pay models and call/coverage.
• Experience with passive candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with licensure timelines and credentialing workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of subspecialty and IR searches from intake to close.
• Build passive candidate pipelines via societies, physician platforms, direct outreach and referrals.
• Screen for subspecialty fit, board and subspecialty certification, licensure status and pay expectations.
• Explain pay, workload and terms consistently in every conversation.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders and credentialing on start dates.
• Maintain candidate records with source of hire in ATS.
• Represent us at radiology conferences and career fairs.
• Provide pipeline forecasts to the COO and flag slippage early.
• Mentor the associate recruiter in subspecialty knowledge.
