Job summary

Stanford University’s Department of Radiology seeks an Administrative Services Administrator 2 to lead and manage programs under minimal supervision. The role partners with education leaders to support UME and GME initiatives, budgeting, and credentialing processes.

You will collaborate with residency and fellowship directors, handle visa-related queries for trainees, and contribute to financial analyses within the department.

Qualifications

• Close work with Associate Chair of Education and Director of Medical Student Education as it pertains to UME and GME.
• Close work with GME Program Directors, Associate Program Directors for multiple residencies and fellowship programs.
• Handle complex visa, state medical board, and Stanford entity questions for trainees in the Department of Radiology.
• Prepare budgets and budgetary analysis and work with colleagues in departmental finance.
• Provide assistance with T32 and post-doctoral training programs.
• Work closely with residents and fellows to assist in credentialing or ongoing needs while in training.
