Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 5+ years of related experience or high school diploma with 7 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological surveys and monitor radiological conditions and work practices.
• Mentor junior staff in selected areas of specialty.
• Work at DOE properties and other locations within the U.S.
• Perform works of moderate complexity.
• Assist in researching, compiling, and analyzing measurement data.
• Develop field operations and reports, designs, approaches, and proposals.
• Draft, revise, or review technical procedures and documentation.
• Ensure records for radiation surveys and activities are properly logged.
