Job summary

VICTUS NETWORKS is seeking a Radio Optimization Supervisor to lead a skilled team focused on 2G/4G/5G optimization. You will drive KPI monitoring, issue resolution and performance improvements across the network, delivering measurable benefits for shareholders.

You will rely on strong RAN expertise, SQL analytics and leadership to guide optimization efforts, design changes and capacity strategies in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in a telecommunications/engineering field.
• Significant experience in Radio Network Optimization and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of GSM/LTE/5G and RAN KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Radio Optimization team for one of our shareholders.
• Own RAN performance assessment and optimization with KPI monitoring.
• Investigate complex network performance issues and define corrective actions.
• Use analytics and data to support fact-based decisions and improvements.
• Coordinate with RAN Design, Deployment, Operations and other teams.
• Act as escalation point for advanced RAN topics and projects.
