Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health Round Rock Cancer Center seeks a Radiation Therapist for a full-time, Monday–Friday 8a–5p role supervised by a Radiation Oncologist. You will perform radiation therapy per protocol, operate Truebeam treatment machines and CT simulations, and ensure patient safety and care.

You will guide patients with AIDET, collaborate with the team, mentor new staff, and contribute to scheduling and in-service training to uphold high-quality care standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiation therapy procedures according to exam protocol.
• Operate Truebeam and CT simulations proficiently.
• Maintain safety, infection-control, and radiation policies.
• Coordinate with supervisor on training and back-up support.
• Assist in scheduling and department operations as needed.
• Serve as mentor and trainer for new hire therapists.
