Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Radiation Therapist for the Round Rock Cancer Center. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, onsite in Round Rock, Texas.

The Radiation Therapist will perform high-quality therapy procedures under physician supervision and follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in radiation therapy and ARRT-T certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Radiation Therapy.
• ARRT-T Radiation Therapy certification required by ARRT.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiation therapy procedures with precision according to protocol.
• Uses TrueBeam and CT Simulation effectively and safely.
• Mentors new staff and acts as Clinical Supervisor where needed.
• Maintains patient comfort, safety, and communication throughout treatment.
