Job summary

LeoLabs in Menlo Park seeks a Senior Director, Radar Technical Program Management to drive integrated execution of radar, hardware, production, and infrastructure programs. You will align engineering plans with product objectives, manage dependencies, and lead a growing team of program leaders across engineering disciplines.

You will own readiness reviews, manage technical risks, and ensure credible baselines while partnering with cross-functional teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, computer science or related field.
• 12+ years in engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary hardware/software programs from concept to deployment.
• Experience with complex electronic, RF, or electromechanical systems in hardware-intensive environments.
• Strong requirement management, interfaces, architecture, verification, and risk understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary radar, hardware, manufacturing, deployment, and operational-readiness programs from definition through completion.
• Translate requirements and commitments into clear program definitions with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive execution amidst ambiguity and evolving requirements while ensuring accountability for outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across Radar, Hardware, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product teams.
