Job summary

Odyssey in Florida is seeking a Senior Radar Systems Test Engineer to support the 46 Test Squadron's C5ISR Agile Test Flight at Eglin AFB. You will lead radar test planning, execution, and analysis for developmental and operational programs.

You will apply expertise in radar operations, ground and flight testing, data reduction, and system integration to verify requirements and drive mission readiness. Travel ~25% and readiness to work extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance and operation of radar systems for ATC/C2 operations.
• Ability to interpret DoD/USAF directives to derive test tasks.
• Experience with ground and flight radar testing and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report developmental and operational radar tests.
• Develop ground/flight tests to verify radar performance.
• Lead or participate in test activities, data collection and analysis.
• Produce formal test reports and briefings for stakeholders.
