Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree.
- 5+ years in technical program management.
- Experience leading hardware development programs.
- Experience collaborating with customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative products and solutions that exceed customer expectations and advance Echodyne's core technology differentiation.
- Define, plan, and manage complex development programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, systems engineers, radar scientists, manufacturing engineers and sourcing.
- Track and report program status and metrics.
- Drive continuous improvements in product development methodologies.
