Job summary

Ultra Maritime is seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to support radar system development from design to integration and test. You will collaborate with RF, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineers to guide the radar system through design, integration, and verification stages.

The role requires 6+ years in systems/EE engineering, strong emphasis on radar/signal processing, and Linux-based lab experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in systems/EE engineering or related field.
• Experience with radar or similar signal processing systems.
• Lab experience with Linux-based integration, testing, and execution.
• Ability to document and manage system requirements and participate in lifecycle development.

Responsibilities

• Lead radar system development from initial design through design finalization and integration/testing.
• Guide cross-disciplinary teams (RF, Mechanical, Electrical, Software) in system-level trade-offs.
• Perform system-level trade-space analyses to support project decisions.
• Provide systems engineering leadership and cost-estimation input; travel up to 10%.
