Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in safety-critical industries (e.g., aerospace, defense).
• Proficiency with electromechanical and/or embedded software systems.
• Proficiency with technologies applicable to advanced radar systems.
• Programming and data analysis skills.
• Experience with requirements management, system design, and system/subsystem integration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of primary and secondary radar products providing safety-critical surveillance.
• Lead technical investigation and design for new features and change requests.
• Perform hands-on product integration and troubleshooting for digital/RF systems.
• Develop MATLAB tools to support performance prediction and verification.
• Propose new technologies to enhance product performance.
• Maintain specifications and technical documentation for deliverables.
• Analyze requirements and prepare estimates to support reviews and proposals.
• Coordinate with management to meet technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Mentor and lead junior engineers; travel up to 10% as needed.
