Job summary

The role requires 20+ years with a BS (or 18+ with MS, 15+ with PhD) and strong leadership in radar systems analysis, modeling and testing. 100% onsite; relocation may be offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in engineering, physics, math, data science or CS with 20+ years (BS) / 18+ with MS or 15+ with PhD
• Experience in radar systems analysis, modeling, design and testing
• Experience in technical leadership and program execution

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence across radar development activities
• Provide leadership and interface with program leadership, supplier and customer
• Chair engineering reviews and coordinate technical approaches and decisions
• Mentor radar engineers and lead technical teams
• Ensure cost, schedule and technical objectives are met
