Additionally, you can expect to drive compliance with program and company processes as well as recommending areas for process improvement**Position Responsibilities:*** Drives technical excellence throughout all Radar development activities* Provides technical leadership and ensures common practices across programs* Serves as the primary technical interface with the Radar Supplier* Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes* Works closely with program managers, program chief engineers and other Boeing Teams to ensure mission success and prompt resolution of anomalies* Chairs and participates in IPT Engineering Review Boards (ERB), Design Reviews, Root Cause/Corrective Actions (RCCA), etc.* Provides mentoring and coaching to Radar Engineers* Performs Technical Lead Engineer (TLE) functions for assigned mentees* Drives best practices to meet programs' cost, schedule, quality and technical objectives* Captures lessons learned and best practices for implementation on future programs* Researches and identifies potential capability, hardware and architectures with providing recommendation for investment* Resolves complex problems impacting completion of program milestones* Coordinates with Boeing Executive Leadership and Customer Leadership on Technical Issues and Strategy**This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
