Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 12+ years of applicable experience or 10+ years with MS.
• Experience leading a team of engineers to meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Resident of Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical team to design, manufacture, and deliver a radar system that conforms to requirements.
• Navigate software, signal processing, mechanical, and electrical engineering issues with support from subject matter experts.
• Provide technical oversight and management of technical baseline.
• Balance technical solution with cost and schedule constraints.
• Serve as the program’s technical lead for engineering execution, system performance, and compliance with requirements across product lifecycle stages.
• Communicate technical progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
