Job summary

Metrea is seeking a Senior Radar Software Engineer to own the RADLAB CORE, the shared C++ platform powering radar, communications, and RF sensing R&D. This hands-on role starts from simulation workstations to prototype hardware, ensuring fast, clean, reusable code.

You will collaborate with domain engineers on signal processing, environment simulations, and RF interfaces, delivering a stable software foundation for cutting-edge development at Metrea.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the RADLAB CORE repository architecture, build system, and dependencies.
• Profile and optimize signal processing and simulation pipelines.
• Own the CI/CD pipeline, automated testing, static analysis, and release process.
• Translate algorithms into correct, maintainable C++ code that interfaces with RADLAB CORE.
• Support Monte Carlo simulations and data tooling for campaigns.
• Ensure software interfaces cleanly with RF hardware and lab tools.
• Contribute to documentation and API references.
