Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Radar Perception Engineer to design and productize the next-generation autonomous driving perception stack. You will work on 3D radar and multi-modal perception, advancing architecture, and hands-on model implementation including transformers, with extensive multi-sensor fusion.

We require 12+ years in deep learning-based perception or radar, strong PyTorch and C++ skills, and a PhD/masters/BS in CS/EE/Robotics or related fields.

Qualifications

• 12+ years hands-on experience in deep learning-based perception, radar signal processing, or related systems.
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch and production-grade software.
• BS/MS/PhD in CS/EE/Robotics or related fields (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Architect and roadmap radar-based 3D obstacle perception to support autonomous driving.
• Research deep learning models to maximize radar point cloud information content.
• Design and implement 3D perception models with radar inputs and multi-sensor fusion.
• Drive radar sensor evaluation, layout optimization, and multi-sensor fusion readiness.
• Build production-grade deep learning models and run end-to-end experiments.
• Define KPI frameworks and analyze large datasets to improve accuracy and robustness.
