RSC2, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Principal Radar Engineer to join a forward-thinking engineering team. This role defines radar system architectures, designs radar processing algorithms, and supports integration into counter-defensive systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, 8+ years in radar/RF, active Secret clearance, and Agile/DevOps experience. Aberdeen Proving Ground-based, full-time with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Minimum 8 years of radar and RF engineering experience, preferably air-to-air radar systems.
• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of Electronic Warfare/Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection techniques.
• Experience with radar processing algorithms, waveform design, and signal processing.
• Familiarity with SRD, Architecture Diagrams, RTM, TEMP artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Define radar system architectures for complex platforms.
• Design radar processing algorithms and validation methodologies.
• Support integration into counter-defensive systems across programs.
• Lead projects from conception to completion and coordinate with customers.
