Job summary
OASYS, INC. in Huntsville, Alabama seeks a Senior Radar Engineer to support ARMY/MDA programs on-site at Redstone Arsenal. You will drive radar simulations, integrate high-fidelity models, and contribute to mission-critical planning tools.
Design radar features for the Planner software and collaborate on technical evaluations with defense customers. The role requires a BS or MS in a related field, 10+ years of software/engineering experience, and proficiency in Python, Java, and MATLAB.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or related technical field.
- 10+ years of full-lifecycle software/engineering experience.
- Proven radar systems, simulations, and EW experience in defense.
- Strong programming in Python, Java, MATLAB.
- Clear, data-driven decision making.
- Experience with DoD M&S environment.
Responsibilities
- Design radar features for Planner software.
- Research radar capabilities for FBM Planner toolset.
- Create tooling for behavior validation.
- Support radar design reviews and evaluations for defense systems.
