Job summary

General Dynamics - IT at Tobyhanna Army Depot in Pennsylvania seeks a Project Lead to drive complex radar capability development. You will oversee planning, acquisition, logistics, engineering integration, testing, installation, and sustainment across multiple radar initiatives.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with TYAD leadership, OEM partners, and government stakeholders, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; engineering degree preferred.
• 5+ years of technical project or program management experience in engineering, defense sustainment, electronics manufacturing, radar systems, or DoD capability development.
• Experience coordinating programs involving radar systems, electronics repair, TMDE instrumentation, facility engineering, and lifecycle sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of radar capability projects from planning to sustainment.
• Direct capability development supporting multiple radar systems and related lab facilities.
• Build and manage Integrated Master Schedules with lead times, milestones, and training events.
• Lead engineering assessments and facility integration for radar test stations, ranges, and electronics benches.
• Oversee specification development and integration of PXI systems, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, RF amplifiers and diagnostic systems.
• Manage project risks, schedules, budgets, documentation, and mitigation strategies.
