Job summary

Perrigo in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an R&D Technical Services Senior Specialist / Senior Scientist II to lead the scale-up of dairy- and soy-based infant formula powders and liquids and optimize manufacturing processes.

The role partners with Product Development, Pilot Plant, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to transfer from development to production, run trials, troubleshoot, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a technical field (Food, Dairy, Chem Eng, etc.).
• Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years in product/process development or technical services in food/dairy.

Responsibilities

• Lead scale-up of infant formula powders and liquids.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, QA to transfer from development to production.
