Job summary

Perrigo Nutrition seeks an R&D Technical Services Specialist / Scientist I to drive scale-up and industrialization of infant formula products from development to full-scale production. You will work cross-functionally with Product Development, Pilot Plant, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure successful launches and ongoing optimization.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field with 3–5 years in food/nutrition product

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or closely related field.
3–5 years of experience in food, dairy, nutrition, or related product/process development environments.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations, product scale-up, process optimization, or commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

Lead the industrialization and scale-up of infant formula powder and liquid products.
Coordinate change control activities and manufacturing documentation updates.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for process improvements.
Support factory trials, transfer from development to production, and quality/compliance activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and costs.
