Qualifications

• PhD required in statistics or biostatistics or a related field.
• 3+ years of work experience in a statistical scientist/ statistician role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, in-person and virtual.
• Experience turning data into advanced analytic solutions and providing actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D teams to solve problems using data across product development, quality, nutrition, and market research.
• Provide statistical consultation in experimental design and analysis to scientists and engineers.
• Train, mentor, and coach other statisticians in our global team on technical skills and consultative excellence.
• Translate and summarize complex analyses into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models with Python, R, or other languages and tools; scale analytics on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and deploy analytics solutions to internal stakeholders with data pipelines that drive data-driven decisions.
