Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Statistics or Biostatistics or a related field.
• 3+ years in a statistical scientist, statistician, statistical analyst role or related position.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; teaching and coaching abilities.
• Experience with SQL scripting and relational databases (BigQuery, Oracle).
• Proficiency with R and Python analytics programming and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Work with R&D teams to solve a wide range of problems using data across product development, quality, nutrition science, and market research.
• Provide statistical consultation on experimental and study design and analysis.
• Train, mentor, and coach other statisticians in a global team.
• Translate analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models with Python, R, or other languages; scale analytics on Google Cloud Platform.
• Build and deploy analytics solutions with data pipelines for data-driven decision making.
