Job summary

GForce Life Sciences in the United States (New Jersey) is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Execution Manager, Research & Development IV to lead sourcing strategies that align with financial, regulatory, and quality objectives. You will oversee key supplier relationships and drive savings while ensuring compliance with GLP, ICH E6, and third-party risk controls.

This role requires strong stakeholder partnership, market assessments, RFx execution, and master service agreements.

Qualifications

• Strategic sourcing experience in Pharmaceutical or Biotech R&D.
• Experience leading R&D sourcing projects that yield strategic partnerships.
• Understanding of ICH E6 guidelines and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and enable sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Oversee supplier relationships via performance management and governance.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and train stakeholders.
• Drive savings across sourcing activities and realize into financials.
• Execute high-value sourcing including market assessments, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract infrastructure.
• Negotiate MSAs, amendments, task orders, and change orders.
• Provide category expertise and supplier market insights to business partners.
• Provide regular reporting on sourcing initiatives, risks, and issues.
• Maintain alignment with company best practices including spend analysis and supplier programs.
