Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist for North America to lead category strategies, manage spend, and drive supplier negotiations across multiple business units. The role focuses on end-to-end sourcing, RFI/RFQ processes, and collaboration with Category Managers to deliver value.

You will analyze spend, develop pipelines, and integrate practices like sustainability and supplier diversity into purchasing workflows, working with stakeholders up to executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or Sciences (or related field) preferred.
• Experience in Purchasing or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement categories and lead sourcing initiatives.
• Conduct RFI/RFQ processes and negotiate with suppliers.
• Lead post-acquisition spend management and supplier integration.
• Prepare management reports and present insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with contracting strategies and total cost of ownership.
