Job summary

Valiant Harbor International, LLC has an exciting opportunity supporting NGA. The Senior Program Analyst will assist in budget building, acquisition support, and financial execution of RDT&E, O&M funding for multiple programs.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, a technical degree, and 10 years of program/financial analysis experience. Onsite work is required, with extensive coordination across offices and contractors.

Qualifications

• U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• 10 years of experience as Program/Financial Analyst or similar.
• Experience in R&D program development from concept to transition.
• Hands-on financial execution and program management experience.
• Knowledge of PPBE, FAR, and DFARS FMR for funding execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide program review support for annual and quarterly reviews.
• Prepare Program Build and CBJB/IPBS descriptions and budgets.
• Track financial changes in budget software and ensure coherence.
• Coordinate R&D acquisition activities: BAAs, SBIRs, STTRs, OT contracts.
• Assist in contracting actions, CORs, and TM oversight for programs.
• Liaise with NGA OCS, OGC, and FM Policy as needed.
