Job summary

Culmen International is hiring a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support the NGA’s Office of Research and Technology Applications (ORTA) team onsite in Springfield, VA. The role focuses on R&D program planning, budgeting, acquisition support, and financial management of RDT&E and O&M funds.

Qualifications include a BA/BS or MA/MS in a relevant field, 10+ years of experience, and an active TS clearance with SCI eligibility, plus willingness to sit for a CI Poly.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS in business management, systems management, communications & marketing or equivalent degree.
• Greater than or equal to ten years of work experience.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Willingness to sit for a CI Poly.

Responsibilities

• Support NGA Research program planning, budget formulation, acquisition assistance, and financial management of RDT&E and O&M funds.
• Assist PPE team, Technical Offices, and Pods in programmatic and financial matters for initiatives, projects and procurements.
• Develop and manage SOWs, contracts, and technology transfer agreements; coordinate related documentation.
