Job summary

The role emphasizes structured project management, risk framing, and delivering on timelines and budgets for line extensions, reformulations, and new manufacturing processes. You will coach other PMs and present program reviews to senior leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience with demonstrated project management competence.
• 4-5 years' experience in project leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Frame risks and tradeoffs and lead teams through ambiguity.
• Plan projects with timelines and budgets and track progress.
• Manage cross-functional timelines and ensure timely task completion.
• Provide forecasting, tracking, and oversight on project budgets.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing plans across teams.
• Identify scope changes and reassess requirements, budget and timeline.
• Manage PMO lifecycle in project software and oversee resource allocations.
• Create and deliver program review presentations to senior leadership.
