Job summary

Abbott in Columbus, OH seeks a Senior Project Manager PPMO - R&D to lead cross-functional teams, drive decision readiness, and frame risks and tradeoffs to deliver complex projects on scope, timeline, and budget. You will coach other PMs and manage multi-project portfolios within a fast-moving R&D environment.

Responsibilities include establishing project plans, forecasting, tracking expenditures, maintaining documentation, and ensuring clear communication across functional areas.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
• Ability to identify risks, tradeoffs and guide decisions.
• Strong planning, forecasting and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive decision readiness by identifying critical decision points and framing options.
