Qualifications

• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of research experience in polymeric materials/biomaterials.
• Minimum 2 years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development teams across multiple product opportunities.
• Provide scientific leadership, mentorship, and project planning for polymer formulations.
• Design, execute, and interpret experiments on polymer materials and properties.
• Oversee design control changes and document development studies and design verifications.
• Lead regulatory documentation for submissions (510(k), IDE, technical files) and support technology transfer to manufacturing.

Education

Master's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science
