Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in Bridgewater, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager R&D Lead to drive innovation for a strategic Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements brand. You will partner with the business to identify and execute priorities, leveraging emerging science and clinical insights to deliver consumer-focused innovation and long-term brand success.

This role requires in-office presence weekly and offers a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits and performance incentives.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline required; Ph.D. preferred.
10+ years of R&D experience with a track record of leading innovation.
Proven leadership with global stakeholders to influence objectives through R&D.
Deep understanding of the VMS industry and consumer insights.

Responsibilities

R&D representative for the corresponding VMS brand aligning business needs with opportunities.
Co-leads the I&R pipeline with short, mid and long term plans for future innovation.
Provides technical expertise on new ingredients, products, and processes.
Oversees VMS project portfolio and ensures launches are timely and within budget.
Builds partnerships across Nestlé R&D network and external stakeholders.
