Job summary

Qualifications
- 8-10 years in IT product management or technology leadership roles.
- Experience owning R&D Lab applications.
- Understanding infrastructure needs for R&D labs.
- Strong understanding of Agile and product management methodologies.
- Experience in regulated environments and with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
Responsibilities
- Own vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for R&D Lab apps.
- Translate lab needs into clear product requirements.
- Lead backlog management and release planning.
- Drive secure, compliant, scalable R&D Lab solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors to deliver on time and in scope.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and improvements.
- Lead change management for global adoption.
- Mentor junior product owners or analysts.
- Lead AI and automation to modernize platforms and accelerate development.
